CREDITORS' RIGHTS

Supervising Attorney: Brian S. Duff

Owlett and Lewis Offices

Foreclosures: We represent creditors at all stages of the foreclosure process from the initial filing of the Complaint through execution of the judgment and to Sheriff's Sale of the foreclosed upon property. We regularly serve as local counsel representing lenders at Sheriff's sales.

Commercial Banks: We represent state and federally chartered commercial banks and savings associations. We assist these institutions with the understanding of the business and regulatory environment of financial institutions, including retail and commercial banking, trust services and all general corporate and regulatory matters.

Loan Documentation: We protect our clients' interests through loan documentation, preparation and review. We also work to maximize clients' debt recovery against either solvent or bankrupt debtors.

Bankruptcy: We represent creditors and lenders in bankruptcy matters. We structure commercial and real property contracts and financial transactions to minimize the risks and uncertainties inherent in bankruptcy. We are admitted to appear before the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in both the Middle District of PA and the Eastern District of PA.
